The Cessna Citation Latitude gives Palm Beach clients a flat-floor stand-up cabin at the bottom of the super midsize rate band, which is why it has become one of the most chartered aircraft in South Florida. Seven to nine seats and 2,700 nautical miles cover the Northeast, the Caribbean and Colorado from Trump International.
Textron built the Latitude with a flat-floor, six-foot stand-up cabin on a new circular fuselage cross-section, powered by two Pratt and Whitney Canada PW306D engines at a cruise around 446 knots. It seats seven to nine passengers with 2,700 nautical miles of range and an airstair entry with a wide door. It entered service in 2015 and has one of the fastest-growing charter fleets in its class. Every Cessna Citation Latitude we arrange flies with an operator certified under FAR Part 135, the FAA rules for on-demand, for-hire charter.

Why the Cessna Citation Latitude Fits Palm Beach
The Latitude’s cabin is the argument against a midsize jet on the same trip. On a 3-hour Palm Beach to Chicago leg at about 995 nautical miles or a 4-hour run to Aspen at about 1,540, being able to stand up and walk to the lavatory changes the flight for a group of eight.
Aspen and Eagle are both inside the 2,700-nautical-mile range from West Palm Beach. Aspen is a demanding field with real performance and weather limits, so we confirm the operator and crew are approved and current for it before quoting rather than afterward.
West Coast trips are the honest limit. Van Nuys at roughly 2,030 nautical miles is technically inside the envelope, but with winter headwinds and a full cabin the Latitude may need a fuel stop westbound. If a Palm Beach client flies California regularly, we point them to a Challenger 350 or a Longitude.

Vetting Behind Every Trip
Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:
- FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
- Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
- Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
- Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.
