Hawker 700 / 750XP

The Hawker 750 is the baggage-friendly member of the Hawker midsize line, and in Palm Beach that is not a small detail. Golf bags, equestrian kit for Wellington and a season’s luggage all have to go somewhere, and the 750 was built with an external baggage compartment where the earlier 800 series carried a ventral fuel tank.

Hawker Beechcraft built the 750 on the Hawker 800XP airframe, deleting the ventral fuel tank and fitting an external baggage compartment in its place. It seats 8 passengers behind two Honeywell TFE731-5BR engines, cruising around 448 knots with 2,111 nautical miles of range. The cabin is the same proven double-club layout used across the Hawker midsize family. Every Hawker 750 we arrange flies with an operator certified under FAR Part 135, the FAA rules for on-demand, for-hire charter.

Why the Hawker 750 Fits Palm Beach

Luggage volume is the Hawker 750’s argument in this market. A Palm Beach family flying to Nantucket at about 1,010 nautical miles for the summer, or a Wellington client moving gear north in April, loads the external compartment rather than stacking bags on a cabin seat.

At 2,111 nautical miles the 750 covers the Northeast comfortably: Teterboro at roughly 900 nautical miles, Boston at about 1,040, Chicago at about 995. That is the regular Palm Beach business pattern, and the 750 does it nonstop in both directions.

The trade against the 800XP is range, since the deleted ventral tank costs about 400 nautical miles. On Palm Beach to Providenciales at about 520 nautical miles or Nassau at about 170 that is irrelevant. On a trip to Barbados or Denver it decides the aircraft, and we will say so at quote stage.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

The Hawker 750 quotes at approximately $4,500 to $5,800 per hour as of 9/2026, in line with the rest of the Hawker midsize family. When the trip involves a lot of luggage on a Northeast or Bahamas leg, it usually prices better than moving up a category for hold space.
